Through FEMA (fema.gov) they present that On March 13, 2020, the President declared the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant an emergency declaration for all states, tribes, territories, and the District of Columbia pursuant to section 501 (b) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121-5207 (the “Stafford Act”). State, Territorial, Tribal, local government entities and certain private non-profit (PNP) organizations are eligible to apply for Public Assistance.
President Donald Trump specifies in today’s update he provided:

It use to take months to do this and years to do this. We have done this in a very short while. That is the fastest develop we have in history in development of the vaccine.”
5-“Today it can be said we have taken further steps to develop testing capacity to develop testing groups. The self swab is another test we are working on and if it tests positive at home than you go to a GP and Trump is trying to cut through red tape on regulations with the FDA to make this available.”

6-President Trump on today stated he directed the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to suspend evictions and foreclosures through April as Americans grapple with the fallout of the corona virus.
“The Department of Housing and Urban Development is providing immediate relief to renters and homeowners by suspending all foreclosures and evictions until the end of April,” Trump said at a White House press briefing. “So we’re working very closely with [HUD Secretary] Dr. Ben Carson and everybody from HUD.”

Since the one with symptoms should be tested first. Like when you have a family member with the flu not every person in the house is tested just the person feeling sick. The flu can kill just like Covid19/Corona but usually this happens in elders. Ex. We inherited a very obsolete system, like the flu take you got it and got better and now we need a complex testing for Covid-19 but we got it now in a short time using great private sectors/companies. We inherited a system in 2016 for this kind of a illness not ever made from years ago with others in office not President Trump who got on this immediately with success in quicker testing, already trial vaccinations, and health restrictions with guidelines. At this conference it was brought up more than once by reporters if President Trump blames China doing this, he did state he knows it came from this country and resources of many back that up. Human trials testing a potential vaccine for the COVID-19 corona virus are expected to begin in six weeks, U.S. health officials announced Tuesday.
“We are on time at least and maybe even a little bit better,” Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, told reporters at a press conference. “Hopefully, no further glitches.”
